“Owner Matt was compassionate enough during a recent heat wave to agree to service my heat pump (a.c), even though his company did not install the unit (I did not yet know of his company at the time of purchase).

HVAC technician Chris (with helper Nate) arrived and I am pleased to say that he patiently diagnosed the relevant problem.

This very thorough and knowledgable service call led to the proper part now on order, and the "boys" should be back next week.

“Ok, update, the same day I posted the previous review I got a text from Gammon's saying that the owner was going to try to come by to take a look. He arrived that evening around 7:30pm, very pleasant man, very sorry to hear about the things that had happened in the past as he was apparently unaware. I apologized that he had to come out so late and his reply was "I am a business owner that what is what I do". He discovered that there was a refrigerant leak and then said he would return the next day as he did not have the tools to fix it with him. I was not going to be there in the morning but he was okay with my 2 very large dogs, and by the time I got back from my class that morning the unit had been repaired and I had AC!!!! So, in all fairness, my review based on this last visit is a 5. I still can not ignore the prior issues but I feel as if the owner of the company does care and wants to do the right thing. There was no charge for this visit.“

“Jasmine and Alora are great! So refreshing to have two young female plumbers walk into your house. That was definitely a first for me and I just thought it was awesome! Professional, friendly and kind. They even took the extra time to answer my stupid questions about a completely separate issue while they were in the middle of working AND THEN took it upon themselves to just quickly fix that issue as well! Amazing! Kudos to whomever hired them! Job well done.

“After wasting time and money with one of the more heavily advertised local HVAC companies I asked Coastal Tech to diagnose my hydronic heating problems. They identified the root cause within 5 minutes of being on site, fixed the problem (as well as another issue that was looming) and bled the system. Now working flawlessly.
