“Ok, update, the same day I posted the previous review I got a text from Gammon's saying that the owner was going to try to come by to take a look. He arrived that evening around 7:30pm, very pleasant man, very sorry to hear about the things that had happened in the past as he was apparently unaware. I apologized that he had to come out so late and his reply was "I am a business owner that what is what I do". He discovered that there was a refrigerant leak and then said he would return the next day as he did not have the tools to fix it with him. I was not going to be there in the morning but he was okay with my 2 very large dogs, and by the time I got back from my class that morning the unit had been repaired and I had AC!!!! So, in all fairness, my review based on this last visit is a 5. I still can not ignore the prior issues but I feel as if the owner of the company does care and wants to do the right thing. There was no charge for this visit.“

“Not many companies today actually offer same day emergency service. Garrett Pillsbury not only does but fit me in so they could at least stop the faucet from leaking. Where here about an hour after I called. Technicians are always pleasant and helpful.“

“Jasmine and Alora are great! So refreshing to have two young female plumbers walk into your house. That was definitely a first for me and I just thought it was awesome! Professional, friendly and kind. They even took the extra time to answer my stupid questions about a completely separate issue while they were in the middle of working AND THEN took it upon themselves to just quickly fix that issue as well!
