Saved me! I was out of the country when I got a call that my basement was flooding. I reached out to Crowe's and worked directly with the owners, gave them access and no joke- if I didn't know I had a flood, I would have never known coming home- The basement was immaculate and an astonishing amount of items were saved. And you're working with a local hard-working small business- it really makes a difference especially when you're in a high-stress situation.
I had a great experience working with Ted at Superior Pest in the fall. They offer as much or as little assistance as you want or need. When we heard scratching in our attic and saw evidence of rodents in the basement, it meant war! I got to work excluding potential entrances and setting a variety of traps, but still noticed mice were managing to squeeze in somehow. Ted helped me find more potential access points, gave many product recommendations (since I am not shy of DIY), steered me away from useless products, and helped me to become much more confident fighting the critters. Ted will be my go-to for all pest needs going forward. He was prompt and extremely helpful. Knock on wood, we have been mouse free since our fortifications.

Hansen's Painting/Tyler Hansen did a wonderful job painting the interior of our large home. He is an outstanding painter and his years of experience were immediately evident in the level of detail and quality results. I just got off the phone with Monen (hope I spelt that right, sorry!) from Danis & Danis and I can't begin to express my gratitude for her time, patience and most of all kindness. I have been on the phone all morning trying to contact someone who could help us and most of the front desk/secretary who answered the phones with other companies rushed me off the phone or were very rude. That's not at all the experience I've has so far with D&D LTD. Taxes and accounting can be stressful enough; So it was nice to be welcomed and treated with common courtesy. I look forward to having them help me with our tax and accounting needs.
I called Robert Zuke builders and got a call back in about 20 minutes. Mr. Zuke came by that next morning and gave me an estimate for a fairly large new roof and new skylights that I approved. Part of his crew showed up on the first dry day to install the skylights, and the next day a crew of about 18 people started at 7 am and were done by 5 o'clock. All cleaned up with very minimal vegetation damage. I would recommend Zuke builders to anyone that wants the job done right, neat, and who stuck to his estimate. He also showed up the next morning to make sure I was satisfied.
Bamps Hair Salon is awesome. It was friendly with lots of nice people working and getting their hair done. My hair looks fantastic! Kayla is the best! Highly recommend.
An unattended bathtub overflowed pouring water all over the bathroom and bedroom floors. The water had also seeped into the floor below and flooded the area. Brandon arrived within hours and expertly explained how SERVPRO would handle the water mitigation and cleanup. Patrick and his crew were there the next day with high powered fans and dehumidifiers for both levels. They were very efficient and courteous and explained the timeframe for drying the floors and walls. Patrick also said I could call him at any time if I had any questions. Brandon came the next day to ensure everything was progressing properly and then a couple days later to test for any remaining wet areas. The damaged area was completely dry by then. Ashley and Ben arrived a couple days after to remove the sheetrock and insulation that had been damaged. They were extremely polite and went straight to work. They did an excellent job with the demo causing minimal mess and left the area extremely clean. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone who needs their services.
We have taken all of our animals here & I wouldn't go anywhere else. All staff treats my dog like family which is exactly what I want. They always have my dogs best Interest. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I seriously cannot recommend Clearly Clean enough. They are hands down the best cleaners! I don’t know what kind of magic they use, but when they left, everything was actually sparkling. Not just “looks clean at first glance” clean, like every surface, every little corner, even the things I usually overlook… all of it was spotless. My house just felt fresh and reset in the best way. You can tell they really care about what they’re doing. Nothing felt rushed, and the attention to detail was next level. If you’re thinking about hiring them, just do it. You won’t regret it. I’ll 100% be using them again.
I stopped in unannounced to inquire about services. This practice had been referred by a neighbor. I've had 13 dogs in my adult life, all rescues and have become familiar with several practices, fortunately I was a client of one for 20 years until the vet retired and they became corporate. I was immediately impressed not only by the space & cleanliness but by the atmosphere. They also had a basket with supplies for donation which showed they are caring and try to help - something I've not seen. I noticed is the lack of the familiar antiseptic scent, which I think can be a trigger to animals. I was also happy to see staff without the white coats which in my experience is another trigger. The receptionist was very nice & made me feel comfortable. I visited a practice where the staff was either rude or just impolite. I wasn't rushed or felt I was in the way and when I asked if I could bring my dog inside, they were eager to meet her - another plus. All 4 techs & receptionists were super sweet to my dog who was obviously a little hesitant - I think she knew where she was. Dogs are smart. Though there were other clients, they took the time to greet her and make her feel comfortable, allowed me to weigh her and noted the weight. I have also been searching for a practice that is not corporately owned and was thrilled to hear that they were not. That's hard to find these days.
I recounted an experience I had with a blood draw and how I felt it could have been better done. My dog is not aggressive but fear can trigger a problem which I'd like to avoid. They responded by agreeing, stating they work with the dog and the dog's personality. They also said sedatives mask the dogs personalities and my goal was not to have to sedate my dog every single time she goes.
The clincher when I asked about vaccines stating I was NOT anti vax but didn't feel it necessary to do more than she needed. Their response was they don't push vaccines. I was floored. That never happens and it should. Not all animals require the same protections.
I had not been comfortable with the practice I had recently chosen, in part due to location. I'm so glad I went. I made an appt for her next wellness and will have her records sent.
I don't think I've ever felt this comfortable asking questions which are so often rebuffed. First impression make a world of difference too. I hated going to the practice I was with for many years because the front desk staff was abrupt, unfriendly and always seemed to be hurried I have had in the past difficult dogs bc they were scared. Animals sense that. More than not the impression I got was that we were a problem. It's not the dog's fault they had a history of abuse and they're supposed to be compassionate - so I thought.
I never write review but was so impressed I'm passing along my experience.
