The people are great. Know I was from out of town, shuffled their schedule to get me in, and got me back on the road in a couple of days. Price was great, gave me suggestions as what i should do when i got home but i had them do it as they more then earned my trust.

I recently brought my 19 RAM 2500 to MTD for a long list of items related to suspension and electrical (and this was my first experience with the MTD crew-I was referred by a friend). Having traditionally dealt with only dealerships, I was a little nervous working with an independent shop. It turned out to be the best experience with a repair shop to date and I will be giving them all of my work going forward. First, the service rep Naomi was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. Highly recommend! The sheer fact that this company was willing to try and find an impossible part for us today says a lot. Despite being unable to locate one either, the fact that Naomi was willing to give it a go and sent me a few leads was absolutely amazing. As a small business ourselves, we appreciate and understand how helping others still takes time. That time is by no means unappreciated.
