An unattended bathtub overflowed pouring water all over the bathroom and bedroom floors. The water had also seeped into the floor below and flooded the area. Brandon arrived within hours and expertly explained how SERVPRO would handle the water mitigation and cleanup. Patrick and his crew were there the next day with high powered fans and dehumidifiers for both levels. They were very efficient and courteous and explained the timeframe for drying the floors and walls. Patrick also said I could call him at any time if I had any questions. I had a wonderful experience with Servpro!I emailed Brandon about mold in my basement. He responded immediately with a phone call and came to assess the basement two days later. He was very professional and clear in his explanation of how he would proceed. I will definitely hire him for this issue when I can fit it in my schedule. I will also call him for any future cleaning needs. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
We had a water issue due to a refrigerator gone crazy. Brandon, our project manager was first to arrive. He did a very detailed assessment, was very clear with his information and the process of clean-up.
Next day Cameron & Zach arrive to place all the equipment to dry us out. They were incredibly polite and as they placed the fans etc. they kept me informed of the “what and why”. They were, by far, the best experience I have had with service people in my home.
Job is complete, we’re all dried out and equipment is gone. I COULD NOT of had a better experience with this Servpro team, from Brandon to Cameron and Zach. Excellent and I will not to hesitate to call...read full review
