“An unattended bathtub overflowed pouring water all over the bathroom and bedroom floors. The water had also seeped into the floor below and flooded the area. Brandon arrived within hours and expertly explained how SERVPRO would handle the water mitigation and cleanup. Patrick and his crew were there the next day with high powered fans and dehumidifiers for both levels. They were very efficient and courteous and explained the timeframe for drying the floors and walls. Patrick also said I could call him at any time if I had any questions. Brandon came the next day to ensure everything was progressing properly and then a couple days later to test for any remaining wet areas. The damaged area was completely dry by then. Ashley and Ben arrived a couple days after to remove the sheetrock and insulation that had been damaged. They were extremely polite and went straight to work. They did an excellent job with the demo causing minimal mess and left the area extremely clean. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone who needs their services.”
