“I consistently return to this salon even thought I live in Georgetown if that says anything. The salon is clean, the people are friendly, and it has the greatest selection of regular polish colors I’ve seen at a nail salon in the DC area (this is very important to me as I like to get a dip mani and regular pedi in matching colors - nothing crazy but I think many salons have stopped stocking regular polish to force you into gel). I took off one star because my dip manis don’t last quite 2 weeks here before the gel top coat starts to peel but that is common for me.“

I also admire her sincerity/honesty as well. She said I don’t have a lot of skin concerns, and I can get away with seasonal facials. What’s?!!! Most people will tell you to come more than needed or try to sell you something you don’t need, so they can make more money. I really admire that she did not try to take advantage of me or sell me what I don’t need. “Whenever I go to get my nails done I always try to get Anne. every time I go I always show her inspiration pics, and she always makes my nails look so much better than the picture. She gets the shape right every single time and knows my perfect length. If you go to her frequently, she may not remember you right away but when she does remember you, she always remembers the styles you get and tries to make it fit as best as possible. She is also very generous when it comes to my cuticle sensitivity and if I flinch, she’ll ease up. She is one of the best nail tech there, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else“
