This was my first time trying this location as I usually go to the Silver Spring location. However, I went on my lunch break and this location is 4 min away. This experience was amazing, it was an entire different experience and I will be going to Bethesda every time. The receptionist were great and one of them was the assistant manager! They were kind and attentive. Next, my waxer was May! She was amazing I’ve been getting waxed since 2016 and I’ve never felt it so be so painless and efficient. She did excellent, makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. It did not feel like my first time with her. I recommend this location and I highly recommend May.

Fatima is so great, as is everyone I’ve ever seen at EWC! Professional, fast, and my wax always ends up great. The center is clean and hospitable too. Love the cute Halloween decorations lol. They were also super accommodating when I got my appointment date wrong. Highly recommend!

Have been going to this facility now for several months and really enjoy everyone there. Yesterday, I had Cecilia and she was wonderful. Very thorough, kind, and made me feel very comfortable. She's great.Services: Leg hair removal
