WOW WOW WOW! Is all I can say! My very first time here and I’m a FOREVER CUSTOMER NOW! From the second I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming! And I was late :( ( bc dc traffic is crazy)! Nevertheless, Shay was extremely nice and gentle! She informed me on proper care for your “lovebox” after waxing! We laughed and talked about girl stuff. My experience was super pleasant! Safe to say I’m in love with her! Also, live 45 mins from this location and don’t mind the drive for QUALITY SERVICE! I had an outstanding experience at EWC in Mount Vernon! The front desk staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. I have seen wax specialist Kimberly a few times now, and her professionalism and attention to detail truly stand out. She goes above and beyond and does excellent work. Overall highly recommend this studio.
