In decades of living in the DC area, I've never found a salon with professionals of such quality, except at David Rios Salon. Kelly Fox is a superb stylist and colorist, absolutely the best around, and David Rios has created the most beautiful and warm environment imaginable in his fabulous, state of the art, Salon. Five Stars!

Kristin Burke is incredibly gifted and has consistently given me the best and easiest haircuts I have had! She works with my hair and gives me a cut that somehow always looks good - no matter what I do or don’t do to it! Love the whole team at David Rios as well - always a great experience
