I was warmly greeted, upon entering & promptly signed up with paperwork. The environment was warm and inviting and I enjoyed my facial very much! The room of my service was clean, dark & I enjoyed that they had the nature sounds already playing. Ada kindly explained everything she was about to do and made sure I was comfortable with the temperature of the steamer & warm towel.
