“We commend the services AVS performed on our home's well system last week. Bottom line: INCREDIBLE JOB! Mike replaced our 29-yr-old well pump - and the new one is working fabulously now. Things were a little scary the first couple of days after replacement, because the pump was tripping off after several minutes of run-time, and was sending up gobs of rusty mud into our system. But now that a week has gone by, and the well has settled down, the pump is running excellently, the water is clean, and the well output is fantastic. I just ran a test this morning, resulting in the pump running trip-free for 30mins at wide-open throttle (6.5gpm @50psi), sending up clean water. And this means that the well itself is yielding good - amazing after 30 yrs. So, things are not scary anymore, and my wife and I are now satisfied that our water system is in great shape and is reliable. That's a good thing, because we are going to be visited by several house guests later this month who will be using a lot of water. Anyway, we want to thank AVS for doing a magnificent job, and we want to particularly recognize Mike for his extremely personalized attention to our situation... he helped us stay grounded through the "scary" time. His professional knowledge in wells and plumbing is impressive. And his friendly & jovial attitude was a breath of fresh air. We'll be sure to tell our friends and neighbors about AVS and the good work you do!“
“As usual, the technicians were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. They showed up on time, verified the problem and went right to work to repair my sump system that had years of sediment build-up preventing the sump from working properly. It was a dirty job. They cleaned out and flushed all lines continually until the water ran clear again. I'm certain they went a little beyond what was necessary to make it operable again, but that's National Water Service and why I've been a customer for over 27 years.“

“The very first review of this company cannot be correct. There are many companies with the name "Prestige". I am certain that this review is not for Prestige Home Improvement and Plumbing. I have used this company for 17 years!! Steve and Jim are the lead guys. They are super trustworthy and will not start a job until they know they can finish it. If there should be any kind of delay, you are notified ahead of time and understand why. They finish what they start in a very timely manner. The work is EXCELLENT!! I felt comfortable leaving Steve and Jim in my home while I worked. THEY ARE THE BEST!!They built an entire addition on my home in 2001 and have done many jobs for me since then. You can call them for any job! They have installed hot water tanks for me, replaced toilets, redone bathrooms, repaired siding, and built decks. I have referred them to many neighbors and friends who have also been very happy.“

“Unbelievable Service ! We have well water and woke up one morning and had no water pressure. I called them an there were 2 qualified service techs, Mike Jr and Billy, out to our house in under 2 hours. I explained that the last time this happened I had to replace my water pump. They could have easily replaced my pump for a very expensive repair. Instead, they took their time to identify the problem and ended up fixing our pressure switch. Thanks Guys, you're our go to plumber for life !“
“Robert and his son in law have done excellent work for us on a number of occasions in the last few years. They “rescued” us in a plumbing emergency caused by a sudden large pinhole leak on a main pipe, leaking and rushing water!, and they came to address the matter doing so with skill and a peace of mind that gave us some ease. They also assisted with a water softener upgrade and installation, carefully installing and running new pvc pipes to join from the main water line into the house to the rest of our system. I admire their service, work ethic and they’re priced reasonably as well.“

“Just had Charles A. Klein & Sons install 2 new furnaces/ACs essentially a business day before Xmas & could not be happier with the outcome. The hvac techs did world class job installing the new equipment, 2 systems in one day! They are efficient and most of all do things professional grade. They left me with no complaints and even did things I would have wanted done without me having to ask. They rerouted a drain line so it didn't cross the middle of the room like the old system installation, for example. They upgraded prior installation to code, which was most important! They cared about doing things the right way! Install looks sharp! Carl and Christy were spot on recommending the new Trane systems. House feels more comfortable in December than it had with old furnances. I feel like I'm going to save money too because systems get temperature to set point fast. Would recommemd them to all my family and friends. Will be using them again for next system.Prior reviewMy experience so far with CK&S is to obtain an estimate to replace 2 furnaces and prepare to schedule the work. I can say so far these guys are world-class. Worked with Christy and Carl in detail, and the ladies who answer the phone are sooooo professional and helpful! I have worked with a lot of other companies, probably 6, and these guys are a cut above the rest. Can't say enough good things about Cristy and Carl. Christy can even do load calculations to size your equipment properly. But I love them most of all because their prices blow other companies out of water. This is #1 reason I'm going with them. CK&S gave me an estimate for an AC & furnace for less then 2 other companies gave me for a JUST A furnace. And I'm getting the top brand equipment, better than brands in the other 2 quotes I got. Could not be happier with my experience so far. Highly recommend these guys.“
