Alpha Plumbing & Heating
“I needed my 100 year-old sewer line replaced as well as installation of a new water line, both very big jobs. Alpha Plumbing is one of the few companies in the area that has the pipe bursting technology that allows them to place the line without digging a full trench across a yard. I learned about them from my brother-in-law who is a recently retired plumber in the area. I learned that Alpha Plumbing has a stellar reputation in the plumbing community, both for their honesty and their expertise. During the installation, we discovered that I also had an ancient galvanized waterline that was only barely providing the adequate amount of flow because of deterioration and deposits in the lumen of the pipes, a common problem with this old type of waterline. They handled both jobs extremely well and had a different type of boring technology to place the waterline. They saved me from having an enormous trench dug from my house all the way out to the street. Instead, I did have two smaller holes on either end through which they were able to place these lines. It was clear that Jimmy, the master plumber overseeing the job, had a tremendous amount of experience, as did both of his sons who are also plumbers in this business. They treated both my wife and me so well that we almost consider them friends at this point. They kept to their original price and felt I could trust their entire crew without reservation. I watched them do much of the work and was impressed by all of their workers. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and value I feel I got from using them. If high-quality is your primary goal, then this is the company you want to hire, but you will also be impressed by the value they provide.”
