We had a leak in the expansion tank above the hot water heater. I called Heidi and left a message which she returned promptly and sent Tom to our house that morning. First time he had been there. He was very professional, answered all our questions, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Will make sure to request Tom again. Great service and very helpful. Thomas explained what the issues were and gave several options in addressing them. He was very professional and completed all of the work in timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

Tom showed up on time, was very professional, and gave us a very thorough quote before doing any work. He did an excellent job on the repairs and cleaned up afterwards. We are VERY happy with the results. Could we have paid less by going to Home Depot and watching DIY videos on YouTube? Sure. But Tom did in an hour what would have taken us a full weekend or more. We paid for a professional and we got professional results. Also, thanks to Heidi for being so friendly and helpful with scheduling the appointment.
