“I started classes at Krav Oz because I had free time and wanted to learn self defense, and I personally think for everything they offer, the people you get to interact with, and the coaching it is more than worth it. The coaches are always encouraging and detailed in explanations for beginners. They also helped me find a good physical therapy place when I injured myself playing soccer. Which they weren’t obligated to do but they still were very helpful. Overall I’d say at the very least this is a place to check out and go to for a few months. I definitely would say it’s worth it. They got some great and genuine people on their staff.”

“The atmosphere is awesome, and I genuinely enjoy seeing everyone there. It somehow feels like a fitness center and a sitcom at the same time. Nothing motivates you to hit leg day quite like being missed by your gym friends.

Also, special shoutout to the trainers Steve Parks and Steven Parks, who are somehow two completely different human beings despite sounding like a clerical error. One day I honestly thought management accidentally duplicated an employee in the system. But no, they are both real, both hilarious, and both excellent trainers.

Between the two of them (and the other trainers), you get great workouts, nonstop jokes, and occasional confusion about which Steve/Steven just ✨encouraged✨ you to do another rep. I still don’t fully understand it, but I respect it.

Great gym, great people, great accountability, and apparently an unlimited supply of Steve Parkses.”
