“This review is long overdue (I was there 3 months ago!), but my massage with Kaala , and entire experience, was so amazing I definitely wanted to share it!

Due to travel issues and multiple cancelled flights (this was during the TSA fiasco) I was late to my much needed massage. Kaala was so friendly and calming and went above and beyond to help me. She helped calm my frustrations from the previous 24 hours of chaotic travel, and was able to work out all my stress. Her technique was incredible. She knew just what to do, and what pressure to use. I didn’t mention this when I was there, but I am a Massage Therapist and Massage Therapy Instructor and owner of a wellness center and massage school. I 1000% recommend Kaala and would hire her in a heartbeat if she ever wanted to move to Arkansas! ?

My entire experience with The Heavens Spa was amazing, from start to finish. I called several times as I was driving to the appointment after being flown in to a different airport than originally scheduled, having to take multiple forms of public transit to the original airport to pick up my rental car, and then finally driving to the Spa. Each time I called the receptionist was friendly and compassionate. When I finally arrived they were so understanding and helpful. As an owner myself I completely understand busy schedules and the importance of keeping appointment times, but also doing your best to work with special situations when you can, and the team at The Heavens did just that, and in a way that truly made me feel cared for and appreciated as a client.

“LaChe took over my waxes when my original tech was out for extenuating circumstances and I couldn’t be happier. She is surgical with the wax… like absolutely thorough. Her schedule is flexible. She’s also bubbly and cool. I already referred a friend to her and she’s been as happy a customer as I am. I haven’t gone back to my original tech, not because she wasn’t good but because LaChe is excellent. 2/2 great techs at European Wax with no signs of less than stellar service. I will be a long time customer for sure. Sorry, photos will definitely violate community standards, but the finished product is art. Lolol. If Lache ever leaves, I’ll have to follow.“
