“I have continued with this practice now for several years, and I have been receiving very good care from Dr. Kelly McGuigan. I'm at an age where I have a lot of previous sun exposure that is at risk for becoming skin cancer. Dr. McGuigan seems very thorough in doing the skin checks and she has an easy, pleasant manner. All of the treatment options are clearly explained. They seem to have improved & streamlined their appointment and call in functions so everything is more efficient than a couple of years ago. I have seen Sarah a few times now - the first time for masseter botox and then for a series of microneedling appointments. At our first consultation, Sarah listened intently and then talked me through my first ever botox procedure. As I now understand, masseter botox is more complex than other botox procedures and Sarah was an absolute pro. I very much appreciated the automatic (and free) follow up appointment to make tweaks after the initial procedure. I asked about additional things I could do for my skin and Sarah again listened to my concerns and recommended microneedling. It’s exactly the right option for me due to the minimal downtime.
