“I bought oil, conditioner, rat tail comb and nail file. I don't like their plastic caps. I bought 2 pkgs and both had dried out elastic and broke apart when I tried to put it on. Lost the receipt so I didn't take them back. I have to knot the edge like u would a plastic bag to use for hot oil treatment. Awful!“

“Customer service and caring for the health of the hair is very important to me and salon journey is amazing. A friend referred us to them and we’ve been going over a year despite living 45 minutes away. We are here faithfully every three weeks and I don’t care about having to make the drive because the service is that good. The team is pleasant, the salon is clean, the atmosphere is children friendly, making appointments is a breeze. We accidentally missed an appointment and have been late arriving to other appointments and even if we could not be accommodated due to our lateness, we have always been respected and cared for. My daughter is tender headed and still complains that getting her hair braided hurts but coming here has saved our relationship (since we’re not fighting over me doing her hair), her hair is healthy, and she’s always really happy with the outcome. I’m very thankful.“
