“Waxing in general is not pleasant. But for my first time at this establishment, I have to give major kudos to my wax specialist, Michai. I am hairy. Super hairy. I have been getting wax treatments for a while. It's not my first time at this rodeo. But this was my first time here. Michai's technique is so gentle and so pleasant (I know it's an oxymoron) that I almost fell asleep. Notice I said almost, lol. But she was so gentle that it barely hurt at all.
