One thing I've learned about natural hair since big chopping in 2016 is that there are so many people out here who play in your hair but have no idea what they are doing.Kim is a master at her craft. “Carmen is an amazing stylist. After years of my mother going to various stylists/salons with horrible results, we happened to find Carmen and she did a beautiful hair transformation for my mother. My mother and I were so impressed and grateful for the marvelous job she did. Fast forward a few years later, I changed salons after cutting my hair at a local shop and receiving poor service. I was in desperate need to find a great stylist. I remembered what a great job Carmen did with my mother's hair and decided to search for her. I was lucky to find Carmen's new location at Essentrix, but she didn't have any availability. However, Charlae was able to take me on as a client and she provided exceptional service. I was extremely happy with my hair style. I will definitely be going back to Essentrix for my next salon experience!“
