Great service, not overly loud or busy. They let me pick my hair color and not forced a color on me. I Was taken and started right on time and in and out in less than 3 hours. Very gently and not ruff on my head. The only small concern there was another braided that came to help braid my hair. She started on the back while the original braider was on the side, it startled me when she pushed my head down. Just let the client know ahead of time. Otherwise no complaints and I WILL BE BACK!!Requested style: Medium mid back knotless braids

I got braids for the first time - am 65+ years old. My great niece had hers done after her high school graduation at this establishment and I kept the service information for over a year and took the boho braid plunge. Sandra and Ava did not disappoint. I was not the best customer sitting in the chair because I don't sit long and I was ready to just have the braiding done. I asked them to double the hair they were braiding so they could finish faster. They did not noting that the braids must be uniform. My experience at Lily’s Hair Braiding has been wonderful from start to finish. It did not take long and they did the style I wanted perfectly. Everyone is kind and welcoming. Overall, a great experience
