Customer service and caring for the health of the hair is very important to me and salon journey is amazing. A friend referred us to them and we’ve been going over a year despite living 45 minutes away. We are here faithfully every three weeks and I don’t care about having to make the drive because the service is that good. The team is pleasant, the salon is clean, the atmosphere is children friendly, making appointments is a breeze. We accidentally missed an appointment and have been late arriving to other appointments and even if we could not be accommodated due to our lateness, we have always been respected and cared for. Took my 19 month old daughter to get her hair braided for the first time ever at a salon. Everything was such a breeze. My daughter was comfortable and we loved the whole experience. As a first timer, I really appreciated the text and picture updates throughout the service it gave me a peace of mind. S/o to the staff who are just so so sweet, patient and professional. We will definitely be coming back. This our new home :)

My daughter had her hair done this morning and I am always happy with the results. I also get my hair braided from time to time as well. Staff is pleasant and ALWAYS on time! My daughter had an early am appointment and her stylist called me to let me know she was 5 minutes behind in which I appreciate. We live in Waldorf now and we make the commute because of the great service!
