Very consistent level of service, been a customer since 1999. I was just there before the holiday to buy oak flooring for a repair, the showroom really helps out with selection, side by side on the floor the different species of flooring laid out , incredibly helpful when trying to match. Pull around the back and they will load you up, friendly and fast. Exceptional pricing.

I have been having difficulty trying to find the right floor stain for my red oak wood floors. I did my research but still was unsure and had questions as well. Paul at the Timonium store was so helpful. He answered all my questions, had great sample boards and really helped me understand and make a good decision.

This is the most knowledgeable company when it comes to stains and raw hardwood floors. They're nice and have helped me on quite a few occasions to get the perfect match on a stain. I really appreciate their expertise. In the picture below, I had a cherry engineered wood that was a bronze shade, and they matched up the stain for the shoe molding perfectly. My customer was thrilled!
