We just had our third order purchased and installed through Next Day Floors in Parkville. Could not be any more thrilled! Our family is very loyal in going to John S. anytime we have any flooring needs. He is consistently phenomenal to work with! The install has been dependable and professional each time. Truly couldn't be any happier! (If Next Day Floors sees this, give John S. a raise and never let him go anywhere else. He keeps people coming back!!)

Our job had some unusual requirements and timelines, but Silvia worked with us on every one from start to finish. She's savvy in the business and very professional, but is also warm and friendly. Mr. Marco Washington, the sales rep, called to confirm our appointment and arrived at our agreed upon time. He measured the floors, helped me choose an appropriate carpet.He stayed in communication with me through the entire process. I never had to wonder about the status of my order and project. When it came time to schedule the installment I was given a choice of three days.On the day I had chosen for the installation, I received a call from one of the installers telling me the time frame for their arrival.
