This is the best flooring company! Floors Etc is our go to place for all of our flooring needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, , excellent communicators, and very professional. Prices are very competitive and installers are highly trained and skilled. We enthusiastically recommend Floors Etc!
Floors Etc was competitively priced and had the backing of a corporation behind them. Matt was very helpful during the sales process and the installers were friendly, very good at what they do and the installation manager came out several times. I've never been happier and am thinking of now replacing the floors in my kitchen
We had water damage in our condo that resulted in us needing to replace our foyer and kitchen floors. After several attempts to find a solution, I stopped in Floors, Etc. on Deerco Road and John Prater helped me select a vinyl floor tile that would blend well with the existing wood floors throughout our condo. We’re extremely pleased with the results and have nothing but the highest praise for everyone we encountered who works there. The installers, Santos and Stephen are incredibly skilled. We highly recommend this flooring store!
