Although he was not the original vendor, he went out of his way to source a small number of tiles from his stock that I needed to complete a project, and arranged seamless shipment to Utah with impressive speed and care. Superb experience from start to finish. This was for a floating LVP floor installation in an office of about 185 sq/ft. My contact was Nasim Athari who was very helpful, patient with my questions, and super responsive by both phone and email. I changed my mind multiple times during the process and Floors Etc. just rolled with it. The install scheduling was easy. The installation itself was done professionally and in about half a day. The team cleaned up the work site exceptionally well. Overall, this was a really positive experience and I'd go back to these guys for future projects.
