“Just had a great DEEP TISSUE massage! The massage therapist had the strongest hands I've ever felt! Plus they have all sorts of treats and great products: coffee, tea, cocoa, honey, koolaid.... The list goes on and on!!! Love this place! Will definitely be back.”
“For the past ten months I have been consistently training with Terrell from Thesis, and its has truly become an essential part of my routine. I appreciate the challenge and accountability he beings to every session. He consistently pushes me beyond what I would typically do on my own, which has helped me become much stronger and more committed to my fitness journey.
Personal training is an investment and for me it has absolutely been worth it. The consistency, accountability, and results have made it something I genuinely prioritize. I highly recommend Terrell to anyone looking for a trainer who will challenge you, keep you accountable, and help you stay committed to your goals.”
“I'm so glad to have found Mexia. I saw Dario for a 90 minute bodywork session. He listened to my description of where I was in pain and evaluated how my body was out of alignment. The session was tailored to addressing the problems and I left feeling so much better. The space itself is lovely, too. I'll be back! Thanks again, Dario!”
