“This is my first therapeutic massage. It was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend Cravetheraputic Massage, by Naj!”
“This was the most relaxing and wonderful massage experience I’ve ever had. If you’re thinking about booking with Eli Mincey at Mincey Massage, do yourself a favor and book your appointment now!
From the moment I spoke with Eli, I felt welcomed and valued. He was kind, professional, warm, and genuinely caring. He remembered that I had reached out previously when he didn’t have availability, and when I called again, he went above and beyond to help me get an appointment. That level of customer service is rare and meant so much to me.
The entire experience was incredible. The facility was spotless, peaceful, elegant, and so comfortable. Even the massage table was warm, which made it even more relaxing. Eli has such a calming presence that I felt completely at ease from the moment I arrived.
The massage itself was amazing. He checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure was just right, asked if there were any areas I wanted him to focus on, and really listened to my feedback. Every time I shared something, he thanked me for letting him know and adjusted accordingly. I truly felt heard and cared for.
I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so much better than when I walked in. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, and I especially love supporting an outstanding Black-owned business that clearly takes pride in making every client feel comfortable and appreciated.
Thank you, Eli, for such an amazing experience. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend Mincey Massage to anyone looking for a professional, relaxing, and top-quality massage!”
