“In mid November we worked with Beaulieu Floors on the refinishing and staining of our hardwood floor and they did a great job. We love our new floor, the stain is beautiful and the work product is very high quality. Louis, the owner, came out to our home to discuss the project with us. He provided his expertise and suggestions to help us closely match the stain we were looking for. Driss came out to our home before the start of the project and showed us prospective stains. We ended up going with a 50/50 combination of two colors. Communication was outstanding throughout the project. We received frequent text messages from Louis leading up to the start of the project. He also sent us a follow-up email after the project with tips and suggestions for protecting and cleaning our floor. It was a pleasure working with two professionals that cared so much about the success of our flooring project and customer satisfaction.
