I moved to DC from the west coast a few years ago and purchased an 80 year old unit in Georgetown with parquet floors. I expected i would have to replace the floor while remodeling. A friend suggested Artistic Hardwood Floors and they promptly gave me a very attractive estimate. Completely repaired all the issues, sanded and stained it to a beautiful grey tone. Couldn't be more pleased and saved a lot of money. Got compliments on that floor all the time....Fast forward 3 years and I moved into another historic building (built in 1931). Sergio is the best!! I'm a realtor and a client needed to turn around a rental property in 3 days time. I called my painter and 3 flooring companies. Of those three, Sergio was the only one who responded late on a Friday afternoon. He gave a great price and coordinated with my painters to start restoring the floors as soon as they were done. The floors look great and the client is very pleased... Sergio's the man.!! You won't be disappointed!!
