I could not be more pleased with my new bedroom carpet from Floor Max. The entire transaction went smoothly. Masoud was extremely helpful, both in choosing color (his eye for color is exceptional) and his attention to staying within my price range, The installers arrived on time, were courteous, professional and did an excellent job in laying the carpet. Would definitely recommend.

Great job end to end! They explained the products, brought samples to my house, and made helpful suggestions in picking out my carpet. When my floors needed repairs, they had a crew out there within a couple days to get the job done. Very satisfied with the quality of the job at a fair price. Highly recommend!

We wanted to replace our vinyl floor with hardwood in the kitchen, morning room and powder room to match the hardwood floor in the foyer area. We visited several flooring companies, only found that Floormax has a good selection of hardwood with good prices. So we visited the Floormax store in Aspen Hill, spoke with this nice lady, Frances, regarding our floor needs. Floormax promptly called a few days later, sent Robert and Masoud to our house do the measurements, giving us an estimate for the job.The floor installers Jose and Cesar came to work on the replacement of the floor, they did a fantastic job.
