“I tried two other aestheticians in the area, both in Georgetown and the experiences weren't the best. I didn't feel comfortable with the first one and the second disappeared. I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian Wax from Chateau Speechless in 2017. Her booking website clearly stated what days and times Groupon services would be available. I loved the experience so much that I have been a client ever since. Third times the charm! I finally found MY aesthetician that gave me all the right vibes, quality work, well priced, and conveniently located. Ms. Cherie has always been professional, respectful, and courteous to me and her other clients. I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment. She's accommodated me several times when I've needed last minute appointment changes. If I need to contact her, then I send a text instead of calling because she's with clients and always recieve a prompt response. Please note, any subpar reviews are probably from Groupon purchasers that either didn't read/ follow the booking instructions or felt entitled to attempt to run her business how they wanted her to. I've seen and heard this complaint from varying businesses about certain Groupon users being disrespectful.“
“So, due to the whole entire hoax of the snow fall amounts in the DMV area, my wax appointment was canceled. I had to quickly find another solution, so I traded in my old voucher for a new one on Groupon. What can I say, Tanisha was awesome! She is very knowledgeable and skilled in her craft! Although she used soft wax which I hate, she made the wax quick and painless as possible! I cannot wait to return to try her "rose gold" Brazilian wax services. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place if you are searching for wax services in the silver spring area, and/ or on Groupon.“
