I booked a haircut with Yesenia, and while I was nervous at first (I’ve always had a hard time trusting people with my hair), she did a wonderful job! “This place is serviceable but I don’t see myself going back. The staff is friendly but vibe is very run down. The chairs are old and worn, the floors look dirty and everything just feels cramped. At the manicure tables youre elbow to elbow with other guests, and there’s not where for your purse. My technician was kind but my end result was average and my dip manicure is already showing signs of wear after 1 day. Prices are average. If you need a quick service and don’t need it to be perfect this place is fine.“

This was a birthday gift via Groupon though it felt like a usually scheduled appointment. The location was cool, space in the outside parking lot, decent office space, and a nice inside where Grisel goes to work on people.

Communication could have been better (phone tag/no text back) prior to arrival, yet I truly enjoyed my time once there. Music and the scents were sweeet.

I had to quickly find another solution, so I traded in my old voucher for a new one on Groupon. What can I say, Tanisha was awesome! She is very knowledgeable and skilled in her craft! Although she used soft wax which I hate, she made the wax quick and painless as possible! I cannot wait to return to try her "rose gold" Brazilian wax services.
