Although she used soft wax which I hate, she made the wax quick and painless as possible! I cannot wait to return to try her "rose gold" Brazilian wax services. “I was referred to Winked by my principal who knows how much I love to have my nails done. I meet Shali over a year ago with nubby nails after burying my mother. She gave me the most beautiful Russian manicure a girl could ask for at the time. Now, my nails are so long I have to cut them once a month. When I’m there, I love all of the technicians. This was a birthday gift via Groupon though it felt like a usually scheduled appointment. The location was cool, space in the outside parking lot, decent office space, and a nice inside where Grisel goes to work on people.

Communication could have been better (phone tag/no text back) prior to arrival, yet I truly enjoyed my time once there. Music and the scents were sweeet.

“Chanel understands the lash map of the look I go for and is ALWAYS consistent! Her availability always aligns with my schedule, and she is very accommodating. Chanel is fast/efficient, and very personable! I always receive a lot of compliments on my lashes. My lashes last me sometimes up to 3-weeks before I need a re-fill. I've referred my mother to her, and she loved her lashes! She felt very comfortable, for it being her first time and had a great experience.

“This place is serviceable but I don’t see myself going back. The staff is friendly but vibe is very run down. The chairs are old and worn, the floors look dirty and everything just feels cramped. At the manicure tables youre elbow to elbow with other guests, and there’s not where for your purse. My technician was kind but my end result was average and my dip manicure is already showing signs of wear after 1 day. Prices are average. If you need a quick service and don’t need it to be perfect this place is fine.“
