“Easy, friendly, fast, good prices and no one is loud on the phone or trying to up sell you on products. I had 2 hours while on travel and I was in and out with a deep conditioner too boot in that time. Bring cash as they don't take credit cards or Apple Pay. I paid $65 for my wash, set, blow dry and deep conditioner in early November 2022. I have natural curly hair normally and no perm. Quick addition: 11/29/22 Alas they are good but not consistent on days open and closed or times. Don't look at the door or Yelp to help. Go old fashioned and call to ensure they are there and that free conditioner thingy on Yelp check-in (nope not so much here).“

“Brought my sister over to get her nails and brows done. First time doing both, great experience. The young lady at the front desk was nice and did her best to get us and everyone around as quickly as possible (minimum waiting time).I had made an appointment with Julia and it was the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. She’s an English and Spanish speaker, incredibly professional, and clearly holds herself to high expectations when it comes to her work. She expertly guided us to find the best design for the occasion, as it was our first experience with acrylics.Julia was very attentive and painlessly removed the cuticles. The whole process was very calm, kindest tech ever.The front desk lady went by a few times to look at the process, I'm assuming to check up on us but might be a bit of a micromanager, still polite with us.The older woman out back did my sister's brows and was very kind. Much less of a painful experience than expected being the first time. Made sure she was as comfortable as possible through the process, sweet woman.The final set was $80. $65 base price + $15 for the design (airbrush ombré). $10 for the eyebrow wax and a grand total of $90. There is supposed to be a 5% discount for services of $50+ when paying in cash. Which I did do. Considering the customer service and the time it took, worth the money.___I brought my sister in to get her nails and eyebrows done. First experience with both things. The young lady at the reception was friendly and did everything she could to get us and others served as quickly as possible (minimal waiting time).I made an appointment with Julia and it was the best customer service I have had in a long time.
