Do a great job with your hair, but please don't talk about your customers that are in your chair you would got a better tip then 20$ if you have better hospitality and under the customers is there to feel comfortable and is trusting with the service they paid for , so be little more respectful
I am beyond satisfied with their work! I called the day before to book an appointment for 6:30 PM the next day. I was worried since it was last minute, but from the phone and text communication, they were very professional and went above and beyond. When I arrived at the salon, I was immediately seated.
Khadija was AMAZING! She started my hair right at 6:30 PM and finished by 8:10 PM. She was fast, professional, and the results look incredible. I absolutely LOVE my hair! I will definitely be returning.
Sira at Total Image Salon is the best. Her skilled hands & pleasent personality make all of the difference in the experience. Every style is completed thoughtfully. Sira’s customer service is unmatched. I will continue to look to Sira from Total Image Salon for all my protective styles. She listens to the idea you want for a style and communicates well how the style will be executed. Her gentle hands actually allow for the protective style to “protect” she understands the importance of proper hair care.
