“I just moved to the area and I initially got a haircut at a highly rated salon in Bethesda. It was the worst haircut I ever got by far. Too short compared to what I asked for, uneven, and I had a “shelf” (the longest layer of my hair was so thin it looked disconnected from the rest of my hair). Then I decided to get a second haircut to try to fix things and I found Michael. He’s the kindest hairstylist I’ve ever met and he listened to me and I felt like he really cared about me and my hair. He fixed my haircut and it looks much better now. I can’t wait to go back for another cut once my hair grows a little bit. I am sure the next haircut will be even better!”
