“For our kitchen remodeling, we are so pleased we selected USA Cabinet Store in Columbia.
First we worked with Clare on the design. She patiently listened to our wants and needs and gave us suggestions which were wonderful. She was very patient and reviewed the pros and cons with us so we could make informed decisions. She has a good eye for colors and aesthetics, but communication with her is top notch. She is super responsive, no matter what time of day. When we hit a snag with our original countertop choice, Clare worked voraciously and diligently to find us an alternative that fit our color scheme and price point. We were very grateful.
Then we worked with Mahmut on the ongoing part of the project. He constantly kept us informed of any issues or delay. Again he was also very responsive to questions either via email or text. He was on site multiple times to check on the progress and to check in with us. He was accommodating and never rushed us into anything. He’s also very personable and fun to work with.
The crew was also wonderful. Luis and team were very hardworking and we’re very pleased with the outcome. They kept the working area broom clean daily and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the project.
Our kitchen turned out great and we’re so happy with the result. We would highly recommend USA Cabinet Store in Columbia to our friends and family and would work with them again for future projects.”
