“I worked with this company back in 2018 for exclusion services (the house I bought was essentially a big nut silo and squirrels (and I suspect a racoon) had gotten in the walls. Trappro did an amazing job of exclusion work at multiple points on the house. The improvement to the house was magnitudes larger than the cost of their work. Today we found a BAT IN THE HOUSE. Trappro sent John - he arrived within the estimated time for an emergency call - on his way from one call and to another one - and he quickly assessed the situation and got the bat out of the house in about 3 minutes. Super nice, super professional - wanted to look around to see if he could figure out how the bat got in, but I let him know I've already scheduled an inspection with Trappro for later this week so they can do a whole-house inspection for any points of bat (or other critter) ingress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
