First thing is when I called to begin service, Tammy was very pleasant and helpful and I had my initial service scheduled for the next day. CJ came before time (which was great) he did call to ask if it was okay for him to stop by earlier which I appreciated and he was respectful of my home, put on his shoe covers, etc. He was professional, pleasant and informative of the pest control process. CJ performed the service perfectly; I am 1000% satisfied with this service. I’m so glad I called Home Paramount for pest control services.
Kevin was great. He needed to do both inside and outside termite inspection tomorrow he accommodated my tight schedule - showed up right on time and finished his work in a timely manner. He was professional and cheerful. I’m very happy.
