John was ver professional, and removed a large yellow jacket nest from the side of my house near my garden. Their process is chemical free, and safe for my garden and children, which is why I chose them. We found a hornet's nest right outside of our front door at around 6PM one evening. Called Annapolis Bee Removal and spoke with Matt, who was extremely responsive and kind. We had a gentleman at the house by 9PM to remove the nest and the hornets. The experience couldn't have been easier and both of the men that we dealt with were professional and pleasant. The price was also extremely fair, especially with the turn around time. I would highly recommend them.
