“Our 12 year old Papillon blew out both of his knees. He was in pain and no longer able to run, jump, or play. Other vets wanted to operate on only one leg at a time. Dr. Walesby recommended doing double TPLO surgery- both knees at once -for about the same cost as one leg at a time and only having to complete one rehab, not two. We have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Walesby and the entire staff. We had 24 hour contact available through the entire process. Everything was thoroughly explained from surgery through completion of rehab. “I keep Everhart business cards in my wallet because I want to recommend them every chance I can. After taking my cats to Dr. Notarangelo and Dr. Hayes at the Cross Keys and Brooklyn Park locations, I'm so impressed by how cat friendly the practice is. (For example, they offered my cat Kiffawiffick a plush house in his own room where he could relax. When they needed to move him around the office for tests, they carried him in the plush house because he felt safest there.) I've never had trouble scheduling an appointment, and the doctors and staff are always thorough and clear when explaining test results and answering questions. From my experience at other practices, a vet tech can make or break a visit, and every tech I've met at Everhart is exceptionally patient and kind. What I really love is that they have multiple locations, which makes it easy for our cats to see someone in an emergency.“

“My Khaos had been very sick for awhile, I was dreading having to put him down and thought he would've gotten better... he did not. I caved and made an appointment with Severn River Animal Hospital. I wanted honesty, not a place that would make empty promises and take my money. After a brief exam, I was given 2 options; euthanasia or try somethings that didn't guarantee him living for a long period of time. I said i just want him to be at peace and not sick anymore. I thank them for their honesty and allowing me to spend time with my boy before and after the process. This was a first for me. I had him cremated and received his remains by the end of the week. Checked my mailbox and the entire team sent me a card. I'm grateful I found this place and will be using them for my other doggos.“
“We love Waugh Chapel AH, because they are always so kind to our fur son. They keep the facility clean, with treats and easy in and out processing. Most times we are done with our annual check up in 20 min. or less. Plus they are very responsive for prescriptions, shot verifications and appointments. “Staff and doctors were very pleasant. The vet was extremely informative answering all our questions about our two new puppies. He did not make us feel rushed in any way. Only complaint would be the wait time, but that is to be expected when they're only there for a few hours a few nights a week. Would highly recommend them especially for initial shots, boosters, and flea, tick, heartworm medication. I do wish that they would see pets when they're sick as well. But I do highly recommend for discounted basics“
