Quick and easy to make an appointment when my oldest boy had an issue with his mouth and needed to be seen by a specialist. Everyone was nice, helpful, and explained things well. I really felt they had a vested interest in seeing him (he'd been here before) and his care. I'd 100% go back again for any of my dogs.
The dog I adopted had 3 teeth that had to be extracted, unfortunately. The staff made the whole process easy and painless (at least for me). They took amazing care of my fur baby, explained everything completely and addressed all of my questions and concerns. She did amazing and I can't thank them enough for the care that they gave my baby.
I brought my cat, Ada, here for a dental consult when she was having lots of persistent inflammation in her mouth even after a dental from her primary vet and I’m so happy I did! Dr Kim recommended full mouth extractions and it was what my primary had prepared us for but it was still a little scary. Dr Kim and her team answered all of my questions at the appointment, and when I had questions after and emailed them I got a detailed response from Dr Kim that day!
