Their tech was very nice and showed up on time. He did a great job explaining the different cleaning options and what to expect from each. We opted for the more intensive cleaning package, and I'm very pleased with the results. All the stains are gone, and the carpet feels and looks brand new again!“

“Mike and his crew were amazing at mitigating water damage to my 89 year old father’s kitchen floors after his dishwasher died. Responded immediately and worked closely with our insurance company. I greatly appreciate the care, attention and concern Mike showed for my Dad and making sure he had minimal disruption. Mike set up a coffee, toaster, fridge station in his hall so he was not stranded without basics. He even caught a big creepy spider for me, lol. Job site was always kept clean and items were packed with great care. “I was in an emergency situation (after hours on Saturday and it's a holiday weekend) Mr Nigel was wonderful he came over 30mins after I called to do the estimate (I had called 2 others supposedly 24hrs but only got constant ringing on one and answering service in the other) he's very efficient. My basement was dry in about 24hrs however he was sure to continue with the process until Monday afternoon (the actual holiday) to make sure I had no drying issues. I would recommend Restoreace Restoration if you want a service professional that comes when you need them and not have you wait for a call back in an emergency situation.“
