My daughter is 6 years old and has Down syndrome. I have committed my life to ensuring that she has access to what she needs to thrive. She has been receiving OT and PT services since she was 8 weeks in addition to other services to address learning differences and developmental delays. We have participated in therapies upwards of 4x per week. I thoroughly research facilities and their providers and read all the reviews. I have 2 parents in their 70s and was looking for something to get them more active 1-2 a week. We went to visit unexpectedly after doing a Google search. We met Marc the owner and he was so passionate and excited about what his practice that it naturally made us excited about what he offers and his workout practice. Marc was super welcoming and got both my parents active and enthusiastically participating in his exercises, which I know is hard for them to do. My kindergartener has been seeing Mary Kate at Fitness for Health. Her weekly sessions have improved her performance at school. Their interpersonal skills and equipment are top tier.
