“Dr. Brodak is great lol I never want to change eye doctors if possible. Explains everything he’s doing and why. Appointments are quick but never rushed. I feel that he genuinely cares everytime I go to his office. I didn’t get the front desk staffs name but they are also kind. I forgot I wanted to submit my receipt for reimbursement from my insurance and when I called them and asked if it was possible to email it to me, they didn’t hesitate to say yes and send it to me. Thank you !“

“Dr. Le is an amazing compassionate doctor. She was very kind to my children, shared very resourceful information on how to get further help and treatment for my youngest who has a very strong prescription. I appreciate that a doctor is personable knowing they are dealing with patients that need re assurance.

The extra stuff too at Bradley and Wildwood are so professional and very helpful and kind.

Being on Christmas Eve I was worried that I might not be able to find an eye glass store open as well as find one that had the right size frames for my daughter if the glasses couldn't be fixed. Brian was so helpful and showed the hinge was broken. We were luckily able to find some new frames that fit our existing lens. “By far the best customer service I've had for eyeglasses. Let me start off saying, they are not the cheapest. Before you move on, I've shopped at dozens of retailers, especially the big franchises that have ZERO incentive to help you. I didn't even know frames had warranty until I walked into eyeland. All the money and time I wasted at the franchises is easily in the hundreds, with no one to guide me on the options etc. I'll gladly pay the premium everytime for glasses I'm using everyday“

“My surgery is good but my financing dint go as plan they charge me interest when they said they wont charge me any if i pay in one year plus charge me alot of late fee even for one day late.“

“Found Dr. Ephraim after finding him recommended by neighbors and had a perfect experience. I had been doing to another practice for a couple years, but they seemed to be focused more on senior patients and it was a cumbersome process. My experience with Dr. Ephraim was 5-stars across the board! He was timely, there was never any waiting, and it was overall an extremely pleasant, easy process. There was no puff of air (argh! thank goodness), yet he had technology that I've never had used on me from other places that was able to show detailed digital images of my eyes and its cones, etc. He prioritized both the health aspect of my eyes as well as the accuracy and optimization of the prescription which was exactly what I was hoping for. There was no pressure to buy glasses or contacts from them, which I appreciated. Dr. Ephraim was also super-personable and funny, and his staff was efficient and professional. I paid out of pocket because I didn't like the experience I had elsewhere, and it was worth it, but he does take multiple vision insurance providers. Note: I did originally have trouble connecting with them for an appointment and didn't get an answer the first couple times. I called a bit earlier and that helped to finally connect.“

“Dr.Chow has been our eye doctor for 11 years but we moved to the mid west and we truly miss her knowledge in treating us as well as her sociable sweet interactions with us.

“Dr Nguyen is amazing. Worth it! He has a functional-Holistic approach to optometry. Incredibly talented and knows what he’s doing. Don’t hesitate to go here because it’s like night and day going to him vs any other eye dr. He wants to improve your vision overtime, and not just hit you with a stronger prescription. They offer eye training and everything. My fiancé goes here now as well and loves it! :)“
