I really appreciate the professionalism and experience of the people here. I have a few issues with my eyes that make it difficult to get a prescription and lens fit that works for me, and everyone worked with me with great care and patience. Karmen is especially gracious and knowledgeable. I see a specialist ophthalmologist, and now am happy to have found Dr. McConarty; he gave me the best exam for lenses I have ever had. He was knowledgeable about my eye issues and took his time finding what would work best for me. The store also has an excellent selection of frames that are not easy to find elsewhere.

I had a glasses emergency right before a trip overseas- Karmen fixed them. She saved my entire life with her attention to detail- making all the minute adjustments that had been bothering me for months but didn't have the words to explain precisely. She went to the back 4 times to make adjustments with a sparkling attitude. Free of charge! Thank you Karmen!
