“This is a higher-priced but higher level of service dry cleaner located in the increasingly upscale Cabin John Shopping Plaza, which has evolved in recent years with a substantial renovation. This appears to be sole-proprietor run business which provides very high quality dry cleaning and related services. The hours can be a bit confining with closing around 4 pm on Saturdays, but that is generally sufficient for nearby residents. There typically is no wait and the woman who takes care of customers is professional and polite. One time, I had an item which needed a bit of TLC (cleaning with a cloth and pressed) and she didn't even charge for it, mindful that my wife is a long-time consistent customer. If you are OK with paying full price (mindful there are less costly but lower level of service) options around, this might be for you. The parking lot and adjustment service roads can be busy. So, prepare to be patient with the drivers and, if you are able, consider parking a bit farther away from this particular store and walk around the shopping center to avoid the sometimes lousy drivers. “Young is a PHENOMENAL tailor. She tailored a dress and a shirt, and she repaired a hole in leggings and a rip in ski pants for me. The dress and shirt both fit me absolutely perfectly now. You can barely tell where the hole and the rip are anymore in my two pairs of pants. I am beyond pleased with her quality of work and her pricing. She’s a really sweet and amazing person too. Any time I need something tailored or fixed, I’m bringing it to her ASAP!“

“The people who work here are so wonderful. I get things altered here all the time and sometimes with a one day turn around time. I once asked to have 3 dresses tailored within a 3 day timeframe for a wedding. I had a hiccup with one of my alterations (a super complex dress modification) and the tailor was so kind and patient and made several efforts to fix my dress until I was happy with it. I've heard so many horror stories about other seamstresses/tailors who take personal offense if you aren't satisfied with a garment they've worked on but she went above and beyond to rectify everything and was so patient with me.“
