It can be hard to reach them via phone, but with a little patience and understanding it all works out. Good experience for me overall.“

“I've used Watson's since purchasing my house about 5 years ago for various plumbing needs, due to poor workmanship from previous owner. They can always make it out relatively fast within a day or two of calling, and have always arrived in the time window provided. Scott and Justin have both been great to work with. Only complaints I see on here are the prices from my research they are on the high end. However, being punctual, doing fast, quality work with explanations and tips on how to keep things running smoothly can account for that. I have no complaints with Watson's so far.“

“Our AC stopped working a couple weeks ago. We called a couple well known local contractors that we had used before. Both pretty much skipped over the concept of repair and jumped to right to replace. Neither even bothered to open up the panel on our internal unit to investigate. No, they said, the system is too old to repair (14 years) so you should buy a completely new system from us. One estimate was for $11K and the other for $13K.Fortunately, we spoke with a neighbor who referred us to Chuck at Joy Air. He was able to stop by and look at our system within less than a day. From the start, he was focused on repair vs replace. Once he opened up the system and saw that the coil was leaking he let us know that we didn't have to replace everything and he could replace the AC coil with a new one. Within 2 days, that is what he did and we saved $10,000!Before you call anyone else, save your self the time (and money) and call Chuck at Joy Air first!“

“American Home Shield immediately connected us with Bill's company after placing a service request for our refrigerator that was making a weird motor sound and not cooling on Sunday. I received a call from Naomi, the receptionist, on Monday. She was extremely kind and helpful with setting up our appointment for Wednesday. Of course after making the appointment, the fridge decided to work again... However, on Wednesday, Bill called when he was on his way and came by in the time frame given to us. He assessed our fridge thoroughly and found no issues but said we have 30 days to call him back if the issue happens again with no charge. We're extremely pleased with Bill's service and will be using him in the future if needed!“
