We got up Friday morning and realized the AC wasn’t producing cool air. I panicked because I dropped the ball getting our service done. I called the office and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. They then called back saying they had a tech in the area and he could come by after his last appt. He arrived earlier than expected and was able to evaluate and fix the problem in under an hour. We were very appreciative.
Hunter did a great job ... he was very professional, explained what he needed to do, and was very patient with our questions. Thank you Cullum HVAC, great experience!
