Had Horizon come to do a furnace tune-up for special $59.00. The technician, Nicholas, was right on time and did an excellent job. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he had done. Would highly recommend Horizon and Nicholas.

I would like to preface this by saying this is genuinely not meant to serve as a poor review but rather a plea since all of the technicians that have come to our house have been nothing but professional. We have a heat pump system that seems to have issues when the heat setting is on. Almost 3 years ago during the beginning of the transition period from Level Home Services to Horizon Services we were talked into purchasing an entirely new system despite the fact that our old system was still functioning. Jean, our plumber, was very friendly, professional, and fixed our leaking water pipe without an issue. He explained the situation in a way that was easy for a non-plumber to understand while also providing accurate, detailed information. He answered a variety of additional add-on questions afterward about home water filtration systems, and Jean went above and beyond to provide excellent customer-focused service.
