I had another company tell me that I needed to replace the condensing unit & coil of my AC saying the compressor was drawing high amps and had a locked rotor. Carl came out the same day and through a thoughtful process of troubleshooting was able to determine that it was just a bad circuit breaker. After fixing the issue he checked to ensure the system was operating properly and answered all of my questions. Carl's diligence saved me thousands of dollars on replacing a system that wasn't required. The system has been running for two weeks with no issues! “I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Allied Propane in Elkton. My propane tank started leaking late one Saturday night. Within an hour Jim was there to analyze the problem. A weld had broken on the tank, and the tank needed to be replaced. By Monday, Donna had set up everything for the new tank to be installed in the next two days. This mattered tons to me, as I was leaving the country for business and needed the problem resolved before heading out. Jim and Evan from Allied replaced the tank and got it filled in a matter of days. I am so grateful for the swift, professional, and competent service I received from Allied. The team went the extra mile for me.“

He thoroughly checked our heating unit which wasn't turning on and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and fix the issue. Plus he provided us with a Carbon Monoxide detector free of charge. “We had several contractors look at our project, which was to redo our duct work. Others wanted us to shut down for a few days, move heavy gym equipment and remove ceiling tiles. Crouse Brothers did it during open hours while members were actively training and using equipment. They were never in the way, cleaned up as they worked and completed the job in a day. We barely even noticed them. Very satisfied with the installation and the solution.“
