They did everything they could to make this awful repair go by as quickly as possible. They even jury-rigged a temporary water supply off our neighbor's hose bib (with their permission of course) in order to get us limited water as the repairs were going down. They also cleaned up some piping and valves around my water heater, making it a more sturdy, professional installation. Good ain't cheap and cheap ain't good.
